I install MicroG and companion uniquely in the work profile. Everything works fine, but when I use apps that require geolocalisation, microG always stops functionning. The geolocalisation retrieval is usually still successful, although sometimes the relaunch of the apps is necessary.

Which app do you use for your work profile? Island, Insular or Shelter (or microG)?
Proably related to https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/issues/2260. A fresh install of microG schould work.
Hmmm that does not help in my case. I am using version 0.3.9.250932.
