ich bin da mit meinem Verständnis auch noch nicht so weit. auf einer skala von eins bis zehn maximal bei ner drei.

aber ja stock rom und custom rom stimmen.

das custom rom hat dazu noch Installationsdateien usw.
man muss halt Dateien vom stock rom ind Custom rom kopieren. das ist meinem Verständnis nach dafür da, um das custom rom ans Shift anzupassen.

das custom rom (invl installationsdateien) wird dann gezippt) und das dann installiert.

ist das klarer?

Hello, bumping for interest and asking for news

I am really, really interested in the Shiftphone 5me, I love the idea of a small and modular smartphone!

But I am a heavy Lineage OS user (without Google). I haven't tried the ROM linked in the first post of this thread, but I noticed it's based on Android 8.1

Three questions:

1) Any hope to see soon official support from Lineage OS for this beautiful device?

2) If not, any hope to have a step-by-step guide to compile the latest Lineage from source?

3) If not, any hope to at least see a downloadable ROM for the lates Lineage OS based on android 10?
