I am extremely disappointed with my Shiftphone 8.
1-The battery lasts less than one day,
2-4G connection still does not work
3-Android 16 has not yet been released,
4-the screen refresh rate look strange at very low brightness,
5-color look really weird with night mode on ( I know that night mode is supposed to turn the screen red, but some colors seem to be affected more than usual)
6-wireless charging seem unreliable on this device
7-ultra-wide camera produces poor and inconsistent colors compared to the main camera.
8-In addition, there is a physical button that is currently purely symbolic and has no function.
Given all these persistent problems, I feel misled regarding the quality and functionality of this product. This experience makes me question whether this purchase was a mistake or even a misleading representation of the device.
I need clear answers: are these issues recognized, and is there a roadmap or timeline for software updates and hardware fixes to address them?
