Shift6m back cam nicht verfügbar

Hello all, there is a similar thread talking about the back camera staying black. I however have another problem: My back-cam of my shift6m isn't at all accessible and it's tedious to only take pictures with my frontcam.

I thought installing the new update from may/2019 would fix the problem but it didn't.

In the other thread it was suggested to reconnect the camera connector, is this worth it for me as well? It'd be great to reaccess my cam.

Yes, I suggest it is worth to check the camera connector. However, first you should watch the videos:

After being lazy for exactly 4 months and only using my front cam, I finally carried out the take appart - connector readjustment operation. It was super easy and everything works perfectly again now!!! Thank you guys, lots of love!
