Support for English audience, and the outdated website

Hi! Does Shift have any plans to improve English language support across its online presence?

At the moment, neither the shop nor this forum supports English at all. The main website is only partially translated into English and also feels a little outdated (layout, styling etc). As it stands, the website gives me the impression that the company might be slowly shutting down... A website is the brand’s storefront, and right now it doesn’t really communicate much about Shift’s future plans and direction.

I really like your products, and it would be great to hear from the Shift team about your plans for the website, forum, shop and English content going forward

It would actually be beneficial for Shift to make the website a bit more ‘international’, so that non-German-speaking customers can also access information.

I’ve already mentioned this to Support once; it certainly can’t do any harm if you contact them as well.

Last time I have asked about it, the team responsible for it told me they have it on their TODO list, but it could take a while.

Yeah, I have heard too many people in English world as well here in Sweden dismiss this as just "tinkering" because the lack of information and the website. Also the language of software development is English and it’s pretty useful for that community to have the information available.

Btw do Shift have any plans to start blogging about the latest updates? I’ve noticed there’s a lot of information on the BruderTalk, but as a non-German speaker, I can’t really get much out beyond the timestamp texts/images on video.
