I have the exact same problem. The issue doesn't seem to be that there is no GPS signal, but that it is highly inaccurate. Sorry for replying in english - I read german, but I'm not very good at writing it. I don't know about the first part of your question, but you need to unpack the file (SHIFT4.2.LAD.V00.20170525.rar) before flashing. Use Winrar https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm or similar. Regards, Peter
