Multiple functions lost after reassembly: SIM slot, bluetooth, fingerprint scanner, torch

I opened up my 6m to try to resolve an issue with the back camera (not getting a proper focus). I fully disassembled it and also took out the top board to check for any loose components or connections. After putting everything back together, the phone started up but now had the following new issues:

1. SIM card(s) not recognised; it changes between reboots, however SIM2 is never recognised, sometimes neither of the SIMs
2. Finger print sensor not functioning at all, also not showing up as a device
3. Bluetooth isn't working at all
4. Torch (flashlight) isn't working at all

The rest of the phone functions properly, including WiFi, both cameras and mobile connection.

I took the phone apart again and double checked all the connections I could find but this didn't change anything.

Maybe I missed a connection, and maybe someone is able to give a diagnosis or hypothesis based on the above list of failures.
