Hello!
Smartphones are generally set to automatically shift to screen / power saving / standby mode after a given amount of time of one or more minutes. We expected having to press the power button to turn the screen back on. But, on our ShiftPhone 8, the screen tends to turn on upon touching. We failed to find the switch to disable the wake up upon screen touching. The current default setting causes the screen to sometimes turn on while the phone is in a pocket or a bag.
Would you please be so kind as to point towards the relevant setting?
Thank you, in advance, for your attention and help!
Kind regards,
Jean-Claude
