I just received my Shiftphone 8 after more than a year and a half of waiting, and I’m facing an issue: although the 3G/4G icon is visible, I cannot use the internet via mobile data. Wi-Fi works fine, but outside of Wi-Fi, no apps can connect.
I’ve never had any issues with mobile data on my previous smartphones.
However, when I use an eSIM, I can browse normally in certain areas.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with the Shiftphone 8? Any suggestions on how to resolve it?
