Firmware updates for the Shiftsound SP?

Is there any firmware updates for the Shiftsound SP? How can I install them? Carsten said it should work through USB-C in this video:

Thanks for asking! There has been a firmware update for the Shiftsound SP. Newer units already come with it installed. Unfortunately, the update can’t be installed at home. It requires special software on our side, and the same goes for checking which firmware version a speaker is running.

If your speaker has any issues or you’d like to make sure it’s up to date, just get in touch with our support team. They can check whether sending it in makes sense in your case.
